Summer, Roses, Beauty and other new things

Hello everyone!
It's the middle of July in New England and can you believe I have my heat on! And I'm wearing socks! Crazy right?!  You would think being from Canada I would be use to this, but as I get older I just want to be warm, and my mood is uplifted too when the sun shines. I think a lot of us feel that way. However with all the rain we've had my roses are doing amazing. My son gave them a shot of Nectar for the gods one shot granular. Apply once a year. Visit OregonsConstantGardener to purchase. Here is a corner of my garden.

It's been a while since I've posted any of my articles from Romantic Homes. Here are a few from the last couple of issues. Let me know if you are interested in back issues?

This were taken in my barn

This is my gathering room. I did a fresh coat of paint ( Benjamin Moore paint in Chantilly) This is a pure white that is so clean and fresh looking.

I used the same color paint in my office. The desk is an old door with the Trestle, from Ikea. The chair, rug and accessories came from Homegoods and Target.

Exciting news is I started a Youtube channel

It will include beauty and fashion tip, home decor and favorite products that have been my good-to products for years.

I will include links on where to buy what Im wearing and using for products.

I will be having a give-away when I reach 500 followers that includes make-up and my fav skincare.

So be sure and stop over, share with your, and subscribe and leave me a comment.
I would love to know what you think!

Also NEW

I have a new fabric line made from my rose paintings. Pillows and accessories are coming very soon! Stay tuned!

Thanks everyone and please leave me a comment, I love to hear from you!

Hi Jo-Anne,
your roses are gorgeous, and I love the white, crisp paint in your living room. Also, I'm very big on symmetry, and so I love the two opposing matching sofas, and the sconces on each side of the mirror over your fireplace. I have a daughter with a limited diet due to allergies, but she loves oatmeal with strawberries, so the extra nutrition in the almond additive will be very nourishing, something I am always on the lookout for, for her, so thank you for that. (I also love your inspiration board.) Your blog is lovely, and I will definitely check out your new Youtube channel.
Best wishes on returning to your blog. Stay warm.
Love, Tracy Boetel
