Portraiture has given me a new perspective on photography. I simply can't get enough knowledge about it. I'm in over-drive! It's a whole new animal from interiors. All the camera gear like lens were replaced for creating beautiful, creamy skin tones as well as understanding natural light. One myth is having your back to the sun for the best shot. Actully, shooting into the sun allows for beautiful backlighting on your subjects. A light meter is key here for this so not to blow out your subject.
I love overlays and textures. Here, I added a texture to this photo to give it an old gypsy coloring. I love the rich tones it gave...
