Anette's Charming Laundry room.

What a dinning room, WOW! How do they keep those white floors so gorgoues???

Home Portraits

This is the beautiful home of my sweet friend, Sherry Williams from Georgia http://sherrysrosecottage.blogspot.com/ . You should see the inside of Sherry's home, it is to die for gorgoues! You can see photo's on her beautiful blog..
Sherry wanted a portrait painted of her home in a cottage style setting...

When Sherry sent me the photo of her home, she was worried that her roses were not in bloom yet but I assured her not to worry, as everything is blooming with a paint brush. Sherry's landscape was embellished with plenty of light and dark pink flowers, a dog wood tree and two cascading roses...

To make it even more personal, I made custom note cards of Sherry's home to send to family and friends.

To order your home portrait email me at vintagerosecollection@comcast.net

Next post, photo's of my new/old puppy!!! :)

You can find these new treasures on my website in Vintage Finds

Hello Angel Bloggers! Did you have a nice Easter? Ours was very nice, dinner at home with the kids and hubby Mark. This was the first year I didn't hide jelly beans around the house, as my kids say my hiding places have gotten pretty predictable over the years.. I can't tell you how
I miss their little faces, wide eyed and curious awaiting the Easter bunny's bag of cadbury eggs, chocolate bunnies and marshmellow peeps. Cherished memories for a sentimental mom...

Wishing you beautiful week,

The perfect PINK CUBBY...I don't remember the last time I bought something for myself.. It's usually always for the shop to sell.. Well, actually I did have this in mind to sell, however when I took it home and added some of my favorite things, Lizzy's rose pillows, linens and lace, antique post cards, and vintage gift books, it felt like home. So for now, it sits pretty in my studio ...

Old pink paint and bead board.. Can't ask for anything more than that..

Here are my NEW post Cards for the 2nd painting in the series..I think these came out very pretty...To purchase click here-

A NEW twist to my Cottage Paintings. Sweet Sandy from http://www.mylulabelles.blogspot.com/ asked me if I would paint her adorable cottage similar to my vintage style paintings.. I thought, what a great idea! Sandy's cottage is the sweetest, with a large pink dogwood in the front and a white trellis arbor. Picture perfect! Thanks Sandy!

So, I have decided to add Custom HOME PORTRAITS to my collection. Some of your cottages I will chose for my gift book that is in the process... Email me for details at vintagerosecollection@comcast.net

How pretty would it be to have your home painted like a vintage post card renaissance of a cozy cottage from the past.... For a personal touch, We could even make you matching postcards and note cards of your home portrait to send out to family & friends..

Until next time sweet friends, Love to you always
